Bookings and Payments
In order to participate in a game, a booking must be made in advance. Payment must be received in full at the time of booking. All sales are final and no refunds will be given except in the case of game cancellation by Got Know Clue. If a game is cancelled, players will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Liability
Got Know Clue assumes no liability for any injuries or damages incurred during a game. By participating in a game, you agree to release Got Know Clue from any and all claims or liabilities. Players participate at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Got Know Clue and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
